Off Brand is an independent collective of artists and creators. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any other company, sports team, brand, celebrity, or public figure.
All designs listed on this site are either:
- Original Artwork created by our in-house designers.
- Parody, Satire, or Social Commentary, which are protected forms of free expression.
Any resemblance to existing brands is intended purely for satirical, artistic, or comedic effect. If you are looking for official merchandise from a specific sports team or trademark holder, please visit their official stores. If you are confused about the origin of a product, please do not purchase it.
Section 3 - Copyright Complaints & Takedowns
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.

We make every effort to accurately present our products. However, because our items are printed on demand, colors or product appearance may vary slightly from the digital mockups displayed on your device.
Section 6 - Orders & Commercial Use
When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once payment is received.
Commercial Use: We welcome purchases for personal use as well as for wholesale or resale.
Immediate Processing: Because our products are made-to-order, our system sends order details to our printer immediately after purchase. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations or changes once an order is placed.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, duties, or import fees unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide accurate purchase and payment information.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
